The division also posted the highest scores in all subjects: English (74.68), Mathematics (71.20), Science (66.12), Filipino (68.01), and Araling Panlipunan (68.67). These results were above both the regional and national averages, showing steady improvements in the learning performance of Grade 6 pupils.

Northbay Boulevard North Elementary School recorded the highest MPS at 90.20, followed by Bangkulasi Elementary School (80.37), San Rafael Village Elementary School (78.46), Navotas Elementary School (77.64), Navotas-I Elementary School (75.81), and Northbay Boulevard Elementary School (74.96). Schools across the division carried out activities such as parent engagement, supplemental lessons, and review sessions to help learners prepare for the test conducted last April 2, 2025.
The division noted that support from the Local Government of Navotas, headed by Mayor John Rey Tiangco, played a key role in the cityโs education gains. Programs such as Basa Navoteรฑo, NAVOREADS, Project NUMERALS, and the Kalinisan at Disiplina Program helped strengthen reading, numeracy, and learner preparedness across the cityโs schools.
Earlier this year, on February 7, 2025, Navotas City also received national recognition for the Outstanding Performance of the Local School Board (LSB) for its efforts in helping children learn to read and ensuring they complete the school year. This recognition highlights the continued teamwork of the Schools Division Office, the Local School Board, and community partners in improving education in Navotas.
