Just this morning at 10:00 AM of 22 October 2019, our new SDS, Dr. Alejandro G. Ibañez was installed as the 4^th Council Scout Commissioner of the Navotas City Council during the 26^th Regular Meeting of the Local Council Executive Board.

CSC Ibañez pledged his support to the scouting activities without reservation.

The executive board also approved Dr. Meliton P. Zurbano, former SDS of SDO Navotas City to be member emeritus of the council.
