The two-day program was a good learning experience as eight division officials and personnel shared their expertise on the different topics assigned to them. On the first day, Dr. Sarah M. Sison, SEPS-HRD oriented the participants on the principle and purpose of learning and development system in the organization, followed by the Total Quality Management in the Workplace and Completed Staff Work discussed by Dr. Ibanez. QATAME subsystems was tackled by Mr. Benjamin C. Perez, SEPS M&E, RA 6713 Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees by Dr. Gemma C. Villaluna, SGOD Chief Education Supervisor. She asked the participants to dramatize some situations related to the Norms of Conduct of Public Officials and Employees. Dr. Buenafe E. Sabado, OIC-Assistant Schools Division Superintendent taught the new format of project proposals and how to craft a good feature article. The last topic of the day which was Customer Relation Principles aligned to ISO was presented by Ms. Elenor R. Cansino, Administrative Officer IV.
Day 2 of the program became more exciting and challenging because the remaining sessions were more engaging and interactive. Dr. Dondon G. Mateo, who is the Information Technology Officer 1 of SDO-Navotas, discussed the Standard Designs of DepEd Service Marks which was followed by Mr. Ernifer O. Cosmiano facilitated the Group Dynamics Activities.
