“We are as good as our weakest staff. Hence we need to address,  develop, empower and invest on our employees for them to be competent and committed employees,” quoted from the message of Dr. Alejandro G. Ibañez, OIC-Schools Division Superintendent to all supervisors and unit heads in the recently concluded Competency Enhancement Program for SDO Personnel which was held last December 20-21, 2019 at the Blue Coral Beach Resort, Laiya, San Juan, Batangas. It was, perhaps, the most meaningful statement during the course of the activity, giving emphasis on the need to enhance employee competencies. It intent to provide SDO personnel information about the principle and purpose of learning and developing a better system in the organization, to uplift professionalism, to improve skills on matters relevant to efficient service delivery and to apply the doctrine of Total Quality Management in the Workplace, particularly the ISO processes and the principle of Completed Staff Work.
