DR. IBAÑEZ HOLDS THE FIRST LEMCM

            Learning Engagement and Management Committee Meeting (LEMCM), this is how the new Schools Division Superintendent named the executive committee meeting with the SDO Officials and school heads.
            Dr. Al Ibañez held the very first LEMCM on October 17, 2019 from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon at North Bay Blvd. North Elementary School. This was participated by the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, SGOD and CID Chiefs, Unit Heads, Elementary and High School Heads and Assistant Principals of Senior High Schools on their sassy attire.
            During the roll call of participants, all present were requested to ramp and model their sassy attire, where everyone seemed to be so amused and entertained as they walked on the aisle.
            In his message, the SDS focused on VUCA: Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous.“Challenges are the reasonS for our existence and as we overcome them, we become better and strong leaders” he said. He also mentioned some antidotes for challenges such as being direct, reliable, understandable, trustworthy and resilient. He also presented the resilience framework.
            The presentation order for LEMCM: AO, CID, SGOD, ASDS and SDS
            Administrative Officer, Mr. June Fermin Javier was the first to report. He presented the reassignment order for Dr.Ibañez as the OIC, Schools Division Superintendent of SDO Navotas City.
           On behalf of CID Chief, Mrs.Loida O Balasa, who was on a seminar, Mr.ErniferCosmiano presented the CID framework and other PPAs of the Curriculum Implementation Division. Division Star Patrol is the pet project of CID.
            Dr. Gemma C. Villaluna presented the SGOD framework and the conferment of Seal of Effective School Governance (SESG). She also reported the accomplishment reports of their division.
           ASDS Dr. Buenafe Sabado discussed the FY 2020 Integrated and Comprehensive Planning and Budgeting Workshop.
            On the superintendent’s hour, Dr.Ibañezcentered his topic on 10 Point Agenda that serves as guidance to be efficient at work. The framework of the Office of the Regional Director was also presented and that statted the tag line“Happy School”
            The LEMCM was hosted by the SGOD group.
